Sausage, Mushroom and Cranberry Tart

  • 1/2 (14.1 ounce) bundle refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 (9.6 ounce) package Jimmy Dean® Original Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh button mushrooms
  • 1 half cups sliced clean toddler portobello mushrooms
  • 2 eggs, gently beaten
  • 1 half cups shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
  • three/4 cup dried cranberries, divided
  • half cup whipping cream
  • three tablespoons minced sparkling parsley
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions :

Prep : 30M Cook : 8M Ready in : 1H
