Prawn Biryani

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/three cups raw white rice
  • 9 oz. Peeled and deveined tiger prawns
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • four whole cloves
  • four entire cardamom seeds
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/four cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon

Instructions :

Prep : 10M Cook : 2M Ready in : 2H35M
  • Place rice with sufficient water to cowl in a small bowl. Soak rice for two hours; drain.
  • Stir collectively the prawns, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, black pepper, cloves, cardamom seeds, cinnamon sticks, salt, yogurt, and oil in a microwave secure bowl till well mixed. Cook in microwave on High till the shrimp are vivid crimson at the outdoor and the meat is not obvious inside the center, approximately 10 mins. Remove the prawns from the curry and set aside.
  • Stir the rice, water, and chicken bouillon into the curry and blend properly. Cook in the microwave on High till rice is smooth, about 10 minutes. Mix within the prawns; go back to the microwave and prepare dinner on excessive till heated through, about 5 mins. Discard cinnamon stick, cloves, and cardamom seeds before serving.
