Pork Chops with Cranberry Balsamic Sauce

  • 4 boneless beef chops, 1-inch thick
  • Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 three/four cups Swanson® Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • half cup dried cranberries or dried cherries

  • Season the pork with the lemon pepper. Cook the pork in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium warmth for 20 mins or until it is well browned on each facets and cooked thru. Remove the red meat from the skillet and hold heat.
